Typical Installation

To mount the applicator you simply need a height adjustable bracket of some sort (we have some standard stand designs available) which straddles a conveyor section of about 4’. Bottles need to be spaced (exact minimum spacing required depends on length of hanger and speed) but can be variably spaced. Bottles should not slip on the conveyor (encoder control signal will be unreliable.) That’s about it. Often a good place for mounting is just after the labeler.

Our normal install and start-up takes 2-3 days and includes training for operators, supervisors and maintenance.
